October 2022

Burundi, Migereka Centre

We are equipping these students with knowledge that will help them to enlarge the faith of people.  He loves students of his class and vice versa. Students try all their best to capture whatever they are given to study. Some of these studies are, teaching pastors how to communicate, prepare prediction and preach Christians. It was one of the teachings that touch a lot, the heart of students. They have been doing a lot of debate about this course. In the other words, we teach one another. I found that before BTCP open its doors, they were teaching without any rule, which was not good. At the moment, I draw the common line that these students will follow when preaching in the church. In general, students like to improve the life of their churches. That is why they come to BTCP. They want to achieve their objectives. Finally, BTCP is very important, on such away give the knowledge to the future servants of God.

October 2022

Burundi, Kirundo Centre

NDAYIRAGIJE Térence from Kirundo centre. The location of the BTCP is not very far from Tanzania and Rwanda. Students from this part of the country are always escaping studies and go to look for money in the neighbouring countries. He is very surprise to see that everyone from his class is very serious and want to finish studies and have a certificate. When investigating why everyone is serious with BTCP, they said that they heard that Burundians are blessed people who will go around the world to preach the Gospel of Jesus. Therefore, they need the proof that shows that they are servant of God so they can start to preach in the neighbour countries before they go overseas.

October 2022

Burundi

We have a mission to train pastors and church leaders, we equip them with biblical studies through Bible training center for pastors. There is 10books that students must finish before they graduated. After training, we give certificates. They are equipped with right tools that will help them to preach properly the gospel of Jesus and will help them to open new churches. The graduated pastors are 61. The assistant pastors are 55. The graduates who have planted churches are 26. The numbers of churches we have in Burundi are 76 and the trainings are still ongoings. Students and teachers find that trainings are much important on a such way Christians are increasing daily.

A Bible teacher of this ministry says Students are very interested to know many things within different books they have faced. He added that a good teacher must be a highlighter. He must be affective and motivated in front of his fellow students. E.

On his position, students that he trains, participate very well in class, they try to be on time even if some live so far away. Works of Bible School they do and home works also, they do being zealously; they like to make discussion being in groups; He tells them that the Bible is the most important book in World which June lead them to know many things, they need to read it many times.

A teacher has to understand his students the work of Christ and his mission in the World. He introduces the lesson content to his students. In his ways of questioning, he asks to students to give a summary of lesson they came to see or to make an expose in order to see if they will be using what they have learnt in the last lesson. He also gives students to write on sheets how they appreciate the teachings. He also focuses on and uses selected key scriptures. He also stimulates student’s interest. He says that he trains his students to teach with diligence and truth so that they will interpret referring to Bible rules with motivations not referring to their thoughts and emotions.

Concerning students, he says that they feel like and they are pleasant to be taught about details of each book, students testify that now they know things about what they were not able to interpret, they like to discuss in groups when he gives them the time and the relation is good between him and students.
